Holistic Massage

A relaxing and supportive massage to encourage the mind to slow down by inducing deep relaxation and enhance the body’s self-healing abilities. Customized to your needs and according to your preferences our classic massage blends together techniques from the Swedish and Ayurvedic massage and gentle, light, passive stretching techniques to enhance relaxation even more. Choose from Mango and Green Tea massage oil or Aloe Vera massage cream. We use only high-quality SPA products.

Reflexology works by stimulating and massaging in a very specific way reflex points on the feet that are believed to correspond to all systems in the body, including organs and glands. This is a powerful therapy with great benefits to health, as it induces deep relaxation, a greater sense of well-being and it enhances the body’s self-healing abilities.

We use high-quality Reflexology wax (foot balme) containing Peppermint, Spearmint, olive oil, vitamin E and an essential oil that is a strong antiviral and immunostimulant.

Different from a classic face massage, as it is a more in depth, specialized treatment focusing on the face.

Not only blissfully relaxing as it is slow paced, but it also helps fight the effects of facial expressions, stress and pollution and the face’s loss of tone and elasticity. It blends together lovely techniques from the Indian Head and Japanese facial massage and acupressure. Moves from the classic massage are incorporated for the face, neck, shoulders and upper chest and upper back to make this a very enjoyable treatment.

Indian Head Massage

This extremely effective treatment has evolved from ancient, traditional Indian techniques. It involves massaging, following a special technique with no oil or cream, the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp while the client remains sitting in an upright position and fully clothed. It will benefit the person physically, mentally and emotionally.

Reiki is a natural and gentle form of “lying of hands healing” massage with Japanese and Tibetan origins that it is believed to harmonise our natural, universal life energy to bring it back to its natural state of flow so that the person may feel happier, stronger and healthier.
