Hotel Villa Dolce is a family-owned and managed hotel.

Check-in is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The reservation department and reception are open 7 am to 10 pm.

Reception is open 6:30 am to 10 pm.

We do not offer concierge, bar, transfer of phone calls, reception service between 10 pm and 6:30 am.

Out of hours please send us an e-mail.

Guests can arrive at the hotel or check-in 10 pm to 6 am if they hold an existing and confirmed reservation. If arriving between 10 pm and 6 am, you must notify the hotel in advance in order for staff to make the necessary arrangements and welcome you the best way possible.

Guests leaving early (before 6 am) or arriving late (after 10 pm), are encouraged to contact the hotel to organize airport transportation.

If you are leaving early with your own car or have a private transportation service or tour organized and they will pick you up early, it is important guests let us know.

Clients planning to leave the hotel before 9 am need to settle their bill the night before.

Check-out service available 9 am to 9:30 pm.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and appreciation of the nighttime, 10 pm to 6: 30 am, quiet period.
